The 18 hole international standard Golf Course, designed by David Hemstock, was opened in 2007 and stretches to a testing 6,232 meters following a par 72 layout. The putting surfaces are thoroughly maintained throughout the year and therefore the condition is perfect all year, as well as this there are many strategically placed bunkers and water hazards providing a good test of golf for all who play it.The clubhouse at Korineum Golf Resort has a range of fantastic facilities which are good enough to rival any of the top resorts around the world, whilst at the same time providing stunning panoramic views of the golf course. The comprehensive golfing facilities at the resort include: a comprehensive pro shop, a 34 bay driving range, two putting greens, one chipping green, bunker practice green and a fantastic 9 hole academy course which is the perfect warm for the main track.
Accommodation
The hotel at the Korineum Golf & Beach Resort is made up of 5 blocks of spacious rooms, the Korineum Residence rooms are in blocks 1-4 and the Korineum Elite rooms are in the 5th block. In total there are 48 Korineum Residence rooms and 38 Korineum Elite rooms. Residence rooms range from Standard to Deluxe Rooms, all come with balcony, flat screen TV, satellite channels, Wi-Fi and mini-bar. The Elite Rooms come with an additional private Jacuzzi and a 42 inch TV. Dining options at the Korineum Golf & Beach Resort are plentiful: the Carob Island Restaurant is a modern buffet restaurant with an extensive seating capacity which also offers great views of the golf course. The Valley Restaurant provides a unique experience, down to the stunning variety of quality gastronomy as well as having panoramic views across the magnificent grounds surrounding the resort.
There are also several bars for you to enjoy a refreshing beverage: The Clubber’s Lounge provides both a cosy environment for a drink inside or you can just relax on the outside terrace, Sandals Pool Bar offers refreshing drinks and light bites as well as a towel service for guests. Finally there is the Korineum Beach Snack Bar which provides a variety of snacks and drinks for customers who wish to relax next to Turtle Beach. Korineum Spa is a haven for revitalisation and well-being, here you can treat yourself to one of the massages from the international massage menu or just enjoy the full use of the sauna and Jacuzzi.
