Make An Enquiry
The first step is to make an enquiry - you can either call us on 01752 876 829 to discuss your options or send us an email at sales@golfholidayshop.com
Alternatively, make a website enquiry by clicking on your favourite special offer, and we will call to discuss the requirements and goals of your group.
We Do The Leg Work
Based on the preferences of your group, you will then receive a Golf Holiday Quotation with a number of suitable options for you to consider and discuss with your group.

We have an extensive range of Golf Holidays to consider, every type of group and budget is catered for in all corners of the planet, and with our vast knowledge and experience we will be able to re evaluate what is going to work for your group.
Securing The Booking
So you have reached a decision with the group and the excitement is building, what is next?
Once we have received the green light from you to go ahead and book we will contact our suppliers to get all aspects of your golf holiday secured and firmly in place. Once everything is confirmed we will send you your full confirmed itinerary and we can then take a payment from you.
If you're making a last minute booking, full payment will be required, otherwise a small deposit of £50 per person is enough to secure your reservation. It is always far more efficient for the lead organiser to collect the monies from the group and make one payment to us.
Payment is made into our protected Trust account, meaning your money is 100% secure with us.
You will receive a thoroughly detailed itinerary and acknowledgement once any payment is made and with details of any final balance due date.
Payment schedules are as follows;
Deposit Due Date: 7 Days once Booking is in place with our suppliers
Final Balance Due Date: 6 weeks before travel
Once we have reviewed your full payment on your Golf Holiday all our suppliers will then be pre paid in advance before you travel.
For UK & European Golf Holidays you will receive your Travel documents, green fee, hotel and any transport vouchers via email.
International Golf Holidays will receive a postal travel pack with all the important documents.
Then all you need to do is get down the range and look forward to your trip!
