Santa Ponsa
There are three courses on the Santa Ponsa Golf complex but only the par 72 championship course is open to visitors. One of the older courses on the island having opened in 1977 it has hosted several professional tournaments being the home of the PGA Balearic Open for several years. Add some championship sparkle to your golf holiday in Mallorca. In general the fairways at Santa Ponsa are wide and generous and the majority of the greens are well guarded by bunkers and water comes into play on the inward 9. The par 4, 16th, is one of the island’s best holes. A left to right dog leg par 4 of over 440 yards your drive and second shot have to avoid the lake on the right hand side. Bendinat
Opened in 1986 (with 9 holes) and extended in 1995, Real Golf de Bendinat is 5.660 meters long with 18 holes (Par 70). Designed by Martin Hawtree, the course of Real Golf Bendinat captivates its players thanks to the combination which is offered between valley and mountain, with holes which need interesting strategy to obtain good results.
Most of the holes are well defined by trees from the tee and the green protected by bunkers and / or lakes, making the player choose carefully the shot to take, rewarding those who have made the right decision with good results.
